#HolyGrails: KIEHL’S MIDNIGHT RECOVERY CONCENTRATE!!!

Well Hello Queens,

It has been almost a year since my last post, but, this year I am coming at you with higher end products as well as the drugstore products that we all love to get.

Today’s product is the mighty oil-serum that set the skin care standarts quite high;

Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate

 

“A replenishing nighttime oil that visibly restores the appearance of skin by morning.”

My Thoughts, Comments, Experiences on the Product;

As Kiehl’s promises a dewy and healthy looking skin by morning, the oil is supplied and reinforced with Squalene – a botanical lipid – , Lavender oil, and, Evening Primrose oil, all of which totally help with the dull skin. Lavender oil also makes it much easier to sleep at night thanks to its calming and soothing scent, which is the essential scent you get when you use the product.

PROS

+The Concentrate does not have a thick consistency, it is soaked up faster by skin, in comparison to essential oils.
+It does provides a glowing and healthy-looking skin by morning.
+For oily skin, it does not require any moisturizer after applying the Concentrate.
+Oil-free. Paraben-free. Fragrance-free. Non-comedogenic – does not clog pores –
+It is quite nourishing for the skin, and might as well be used as a overnight mask once a week.
+It could also be used for nails and cuticles, proving great moisture and wellness.

CONS
+If used daily, the Concentrate might cause breakouts, even though it promotes a non-acnegenic ingredients list. (I usually get zits here and there when I use it every night.)
